Computer Shortcuts:

  • Screen capture:
    • PC users – Windows Key+Shift+S
    • Mac users – Command+Shift+3 (full screen) or Command+Shift+4 (select partial screen)
  • Quit an app – Ctrl/Command+Q
  • Spotlight Search (Mac users only) – Command+Spacebar
  • See what’s open (Mac users only) – Command+Option+Escape
  • Browser search history (Mac users only) – Command+Y

Google Shortcuts:

  • Chrome:
    • New tab – Ctrl/Command+T
    • New window – Ctrl/Command+N
    • Switch tabs – Ctrl+Tab
    • Open last closed tab – Ctrl+Shift+Tab
  • Gmail:
    • Highlight text and hyperlink – Ctrl/Command+K
    • Automatically send an email – Ctrl/Command+Enter
    • CC recipients – Ctrl/Command+Shift+C
    • BCC recipients – Ctrl/Command+Shift+B
    • Calendar (must enable keyboard shortcuts under settings first):
      • New event – C
      • Jump to today – T
      • Switch to month view – M
      • Switch to day view – D

Twitter (for Mac Users add Command to all):

  • Scroll down – J
  • Scroll up – K
  • New tweet – N
  • Reply – R
  • Favorite – F
  • Retweet – T

Facebook:
