The U.S. lingerie giant has been struggling, amongst accusations of losing relevance due to racy runway shows and oversexualized ads. Furthermore, November’s Vogue interview with Ed Razek, VS’ chief marketing officer, went viral but not in a good way.
His comments on not including transsexuals in the annual fashion show since the show is a “fantasy” sparked backlash, resulting in a formal apology and a 1.7 million drop in viewer ratings for 2018.
