Hackers Stole FBI, NASA, And Other Government Related Data

A cybersecurity firm, Resecurity, found out hackers from Iridium, an Iran-linked group, stole up to 10TB of data from Citrix, who provides software for government agencies. Iridium broke into Citrix 10 years ago and have been hiding since, slowly collecting data related to the aerospace industry, FBI, NASA, oil and gas companies, and more.

Citrix released a statement after the FBI informed them of the cyberattack, “While our investigation is ongoing, based on what we know to date, it appears that the hackers may have accessed and downloaded business documents. At this time, there is no indication that the security of any Citrix product or service was compromised.”
